How do I recover my account?
- Players who have lost access to their accounts for different reasons can make an account recovery request by accessing the login page and clicking on the "Lost your account?" button.
The link mentioned above will take you to a page where you can input your current account name or, in case it was change meanwhile, you can click on the "Can't find your account? Click here" button. From there you'll be able to search for your old name.
- In the request, the questions are set by admins and you'll have to provide very detailed answers so that admins can decide if the account belongs to you or not.
Answers check is made by admins 4+ and each questions will be validated/invalidated by them, resulting in a percentage.
- After the closing of a request with a positive answer, the account email address will be replaced by the one the user submitted.
After the closing of a request, the user who made it will receive an email on the address submitted, informing him about the answer and further details. If a recovery request has been made and the answer was positive, you can't make another one for the same account for one year. If an account has 3 consecutive requests with a negative answer, you won't be able to make a new one for one month.
