Generally, the mayor helps newbie players on a financial level, and occasionally gets involved with events. Any player can become a mayor for an entire month, only if they meet the minimum requirements. The main trait of the Mayor is the desire to help others and offer the best possible conditions for the server's players. The City Hall is located in southern Los Santos, right by the police headquarters, and has authority over all of the three cities (Los Santos, Las Venturas, San Fierro). For him to successfully fulfil his duties, the Mayor enjoys a limousine (a Stretch) parked outside the City Hall. Even though the Mayor's Office is technically a faction, the Mayor is not allowed to invite other players in.
