General Presentation
Mayor, a position only a well-respected player could achieve. One word to describe the position would be "reliability". You can become the mayor by participating in monthly elections. Generally, the mayor helps newbie players on a financial level, and occasionally gets involved with events. Any player can become a mayor for an entire month, only if they meet the minimum requirements. The main trait of the Mayor is the desire to help others and offer the best possible conditions for the server's players. The City Hall is located in southern Los Santos, right by the police headquarters, and has authority over all of the three cities (Los Santos, Las Venturas, San Fierro). For him to successfully fulfil his duties, the Mayor enjoys a limousine (a Stretch) parked outside the City Hall. Even though the Mayor's Office is technically a faction, the Mayor is not allowed to invite other players in.

Specific Commands
/fvr
When executing this command, all the unoccupied faction vehicles will be respawned. It is accessible after reaching rank 5 in any faction.
/clothes
In order to change their appearance (skin) according to their rank, any faction member can use the command /clothes, only inside a clothes shop.
/tog
This command allows activating/deactivating the display of information generated by the server when a player uses /charity.
/gov
It is used to send a governmental announcement to every player on the server.
/viewtax
When used, the command shows the Mayor the amount of money available in the cities' safe.
/givetax
The command sends money from the cities' safe to players with a level between 2 and 7. Moreover, the mayor can offer a limited amount of money from the budget allocated to newbies by specifying it when using /givetax. The custom amount of money cannot exceed the total budget or be lower than the total number of online newbies that could receive the bonus. If there is no amount specified, the command shall distribute the entire budget to newbies. The safe allows a maximum sum of $500.000.
Note: If a player has multiple accounts with levels between 2 and 7 on the same IP, only 2 accounts will receive money.
/settax
It's a command used by the Mayor to set a tax which every player has to pay on each payday. The tax ranges from $1 to $10.
