Mayor, a position only a well-respected player could achieve. One word to describe the position would be "reliability". You can become the mayor by participating in monthly elections.

Generally, the mayor helps newbie players on a financial level, and occasionally gets involved with events. Any player can become a mayor for an entire month, only if they meet the minimum requirements. The main trait of the mayor is the desire to help others and offer the best possible conditions for the server's players.
