- The Staff page represents the "brain" of the community. There you can find the names of the most important people on the RPG servers. The entire Staff is comprised of administrators, helpers and leaders.
- In the left-hand side menu, three categories of people are present, all part of the Staff. Every tab has informative tables which display the name of the Staff member and the last time they logged in.

Administrators
They are in charge of the server's welfare, of maintaining order so that every player can feel safe. Administrators offer their help to newbie players and occasionally organise events with special prizes, different from other events'. On important days, such as holidays, admins go amongst the players and oversee them in order to keep public decency within the game's chat and the players' behaviour. If you ever find a player breaking the server's rules or taking any action that can have a bad outcome, feel free to use the /report command. This command is the one establishing a direct line of communications with the server's administrators, being the fastest way to contact them. Help us maintain order on the server, use /report!
Helperi
Helperii sunt mici ucenici ai administratorilor, fapt pentru care de cele mai multe ori un helper este promovat dupa o durată de timp, la administrator. Funcția lor este limitată, nu au atât de multe drepturi precum administratorii și nici voie să folosească în scop personal comenzile puse la dispoziție prin funcție. Ei se ocupă doar cu ajutarea jucătorilor, în mare parte cu răspunsul la întrebările celorlalți de pe server. Pentru a intra in legătură cu un helper, fiecare jucător poate să folosească comanda /helpme. Un helper are grija întotdeauna ca jucătorii să fie bine informați și le vorbeste cu un ton plăcut, fără să-i jignească.
Lideri
Un lider este o persoană ocupată în principal cu buna funcționare a facțiunii sale. Acesta are dreptul de a adăuga noi membrii in echipa facțiunii sale și de a-i concedia pe cei ce încalcă regulile impuse. Pe lângă regulile principale ale facțiunii, un lider are dreptul de a impune membrilor săi noi reguli.
