How do I recover my unique 2FA key?
- The RPG website offers you the possibility to recover your unique 2FA activation key through the email address set on the account.
- To do this you must follow the following steps:
- Access the website for the desired server.
- Go to the Sign In section.
- Press the Recovery' button and from the displayed list choose Recover 2FA.
- Enter the name of the account for which you want to recover your key together with the email address set on that account.
Note: If the email address entered is not exactly the same, you will not receive the key by email because you cannot prove that it is you.
Cum îmi folosesc cheia primită în aplicație ?
1. Descărcați una din aplicațiile Two Factor Authentificator de pe Google Play sau AppStore, puteți folosi atât Google Authentificator cât și Authy (pașii sunt aceiași).
2. Întrați în aplicația descărcată după care faceți click pe butonul + iar mai apoi alegeți Manual entry.
2. În căsuța Account puteți trece numele contului pentru a ști care de la ce cont este pentru a nu vă încurca în cazul în care aveți mai multe.
3. În căsuța Key treceți întreaga cheie în exactitate pe care ați primit-o pe email (încercați să fiți foarte atenți la diacritice și la literele care se aseamănă între ele).
4. După care aplicația vă generează codul unic din 6 cifre pe care îl puteți folosi din nou pentru a vă accesa contul.
