Red Dragon Triad este una dintre cele mai de temut mafii din orașul Las Venturas, având sediul în apropierea rivalilor.
Ești pregătit? Cel mai bun gang din orașul Las Venturas, gang ce pune accent pe calitate în loc de cantitate, te invită să iei parte la activități zilnice care mai de care mai interesante. Consideri că ai ceea ce-ți trebuie? Dragon Head, liderul facțiunii, te invită la sânul său pentru a face din tine un dragon de temut. Membrii Red Dragon Triad trebuie să aibă habar ce înseamnă respectul și seriozitatea. Cine nu respectă această regulă simplă riscă să sfârșească înghițind cianură, arși pe rug sau prin alte mijloace de tortură. 
Facțiunea dispune de o parcare extrem de spațioasă ce poate susține atât un număr mare de vehicule, cât și un număr mare de gloanțe zburând în toate părțile.
