În cazul unora dintre facțiuni, jucătorul aflat pe blacklistul acestora nu poate beneficia de serviciile oferite de acea facțiune.
*School Instructors: jucătorii de pe blacklist nu vor putea primi licențe.
*Taxi: jucătorii nu vor putea fi transportați.
*Hitmen Agency: jucătorii nu vor putea plasa contracte.
*Paramedics: jucătorii nu vor putea primi heal şi rehab.

* Dacă sunteți membru al unei facțiuni și sunteți pe blacklistul unei alteia, sunteti nevoiti sa platiti blacklist-ul, altfel veti fi demis.
