For leaving contract

The agent does not receive wait time in the following server-handled situations:

1. If the target goes to sleep (/sleep) when a hitman is chasing him.
2. If the target is jailed either by cops or by admins.
3. If the target is in a gang and currently playing in a war.
4. If the target is in a clan and presently playing a clan war.
5. If the target is inside the jail virtual world.
6. If the target is inside an event requiring another virtual world (/join).
7. If the target is doing a live with a News Reporter.
8. If the target is in a mission (Ryder / OG Loc / Dimitrii ..).
9. If the target is in a Biz where an event is currently active.
10. If the target is playing Poker or inside the Poker Biz.
11. If the player is AFK with 0 HP.
12. If the player is now logging in or he's not Online.
13. If the player is inside a Training Room.
