Licenses & General Presentation

LV School Instructors can hand you anytime one of these licenses, for an amount of money mentioned in the rules of the faction:

1. Weapon (permit to carry a weapon)
2. Materials (you can purchase materials in order to sell weapons or the materials themselves)
3. Fishing (permit for fishing)
4. Flying (permit for flying an aircraft)
5. Sailing (permit for sailing a ship)

Note: The amount of money required for each of these licenses varies based on the level of the candidate.

The level needed for buying licenses

1. Weapon - level 5
2. Materials - level 1
3. Fishing - level 1
4. Flying - level 1
5. Sailing - level 1

It should be noted that this is the minimum level required by the server, internal regulations may not allow certain licenses from the same level.

NPC purchase licenses

#1 NPC

#2 Dialog for selecting the desired license and its purchase price

• Near the entrance to the Training Room there is an NPC from whom players can purchase their desired licenses directly without having to take a test for them.
• This possibility is only available if the player has already tried to request a trainer and within 5 minutes the request has not been accepted by any trainer on duty.
• If there is no instructor on duty at that time, the license purchase dialog will be displayed directly.
• License prices are considerably higher than usual per trainer depending on player level as follows:
  • Flying License:
    • Level 1-9: $4,500 is paid.
    • Level 10-49: $9,000 is paid.
    • Level 50+: $18,000 is paid.
  • Sailing License:
    • Level 1-9: $4,250 is payable.
    • Level 10-49: $8,500 is paid.
    • Level 50+: $17,000 is paid.
  • Fishing License:
    • Level 1-9: $1,250 is payable.
    • Level 10-49: $2,500 is paid.
    • Level 50+: $5,000 is paid.
  • Weapons License:
    • Level 5-9: $5,000 is paid.
    • Level 10-49: $10,000 is paid.
    • Level 50+: $20,000 is paid.
  • Materials License:
    • Level 1-9: $4,000 is paid.
    • Level 10-49: $8,000 is paid.
    • Level 50+: $16,000 is paid.
• Once the desired license is selected from the NPC dialog (see image #2) the hours available for it are automatically set to 100.

Specific Commands

/duty

With this command, a faction member is put into duty or out of duty. (whether or not it receives requests for licenses)

/fvr

When executing this command, all the unoccupied faction vehicles will be respawned. It is accessible after reaching rank 5 in any faction.

/clothes

In order to change their appearance (skin) according to their rank, any faction member can use the command /clothes, only inside a clothes shop.

/sx

Through this command, all of the three school instructor factions can communicate with one another.

/startlesson

This command is used when an instructor starts the lesson for a client in order to grant him a license.

/stoplesson

An instructor puts an end to a client's lesson using this command.

/givelicense

Any instructor ranked 1 or above can use the command. When using it, they can grant a license to a player, after having taken the tests. Example: /givelicense Adi007 Fishing

/servicecalls

Using this command, the instructors will be able to see the missed calls.

/ftalkpower

With this command a rank 5+ member can disable faction chat for members of lower rank than their chosen rank.

/fwithdrawpower

With this command the faction leader can set the minimum rank for extracting money, drugs and respectively materials from HQ.

/tduty

With this command, those who are designated as testers by the faction leader can put themselves on duty to perform faction entry tests.
