Începând cu anul 1983, în nord-estul orașului San Fierro, un grup format din 3 latino-americani, "Coronas", "Regional Officer" și "Enforcer", dau naștere unui gang denumit 69 Pier Mobs.
De-a lungul timpului, aceștia și-au dezvoltat gangul, recrutând gangsteri noi pentru viitoarele bătălii. Încă de la început au avut divergențe cu rivalii săi din oraș, de la afaceri cu droguri până la luptele pe stradă, încetul cu încetul, ajungând cel mai de temut gang. Gangul s-a ocupat și se ocupă cu acțiuni ilegale precum tâlhărie, șantaj, furt, răpire, droguri, arme, proxenetism, protecție contra-cost și, în special, lupta pe stradă cu alte ganguri pentru cucerirea teritoriilor. Din aceste motive, membrii gangului nu se înțeleg deloc bine cu legea, departamentele vizitându-i mereu în locurile pe unde își fac veacul, iar, de multe ori, aceste vizite se soldează cu victime de ambele parți.

General Presentation

Starting in 1983, in nort-eastern San Fierro, a group of 3 latino-americans, "Coronas, "Regional Officer" and "Enforcer", create a new gang called 69 Pier Mobs. Over time, they developed their gang, recruiting new gangsters for future battles. Since the beginning they had disagreements with their rivals, from drugs trafficking to street fights, little by little becoming the most fierce gang in the city. The gang has conducted and is conducting illegal actions, like muggings, blackmail, theft, abductions, drugs and arms trafficking, working as pimps, protection for money and especially street fighting with other rival gangs to conquer territories. Because of this, the gang's members are not very well-acquainted with the law and the departments usually raid their places. Usually, these visits end up with casualties on both sides.

Led with patience by their leader, both then and now, this gang knows how to use thing to their own advantage. Every day, new recruits, called "Primitives", are subjected to tests to see if they have what it takes to give it all for the gang, later of becoming "Mummies"
If you wish to be a part of the new recruits and make history within 69 Pier Mobs, you have to be at least level 10, well-mannered, responsible and to wish to be the best.

The faction has at its disposal 7 different types of vehicles:

• Greenwood - 4 vehicles
• Pony - 1 vehicle
• Huntley - 3 vehicles
• Slamvan - 1 vehicle
• Maverick - 1 vehicle
• FCR-900 - 2 vehicles
• Stretch - 1 vehicle
