If you complete several runs in a row you can get the job_bonus, this is a multiple of 5. When you use the /work command, job_bonus has a value of 5. Each time you successfully complete a job, the value is increased by 5. If you leave the job vehicle, the value resets to 5. The job_bonus value will increase every 5 up to a maximum of 50.
