Each data subject has the right granted by the European legislator to receive the personal data concerning him, which have been provided to an operator, in a structured format, commonly used and which can be read automatically. He or she shall have the right to transmit this data to another operator, without prejudice to the controller to whom the personal data were provided, as long as the processing is based on consent in accordance with Article 6 (1) point (a) of the GDPR or point (a) of Article 9 (2) of the GDPR or a contract in accordance with Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR, and the processing is done by automated means, as long as the processing is not necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of the official authority vested in the controller. In addition, in exercising his right to data portability in accordance with Article 20 (1) of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to transmit personal data directly from one operator to another, when technically possible and in doing so it does not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others. To assert the right to data portability, the data subject can contact any B-ZONE employee at any time.
