Avispa Rifa este un gang mexican, localizat în sudul orașului San Fierro. În prezent, acesta are numeroase ocupații ilegale, printre care traficul cu arme, uciderea persoanelor care sunt pe lista neagră, traficul cu droguri. Membrii mafiei dau dovadă zilnic de o iscusință deosebită în timpul luptelor contra celorlalte ganguri rivale.

At the moment, we have various illegal occupations, including arms trafficking, assassinating people on our blacklist and drugs trafficking. <br />
The gang's members prove their weapon-wielding abilities every day against rival gangs. <br />
Exceeding in wielding our weapons is our main objective, and so it has become even the criteria for recruiting new gangsters. The faction features a quite spacious parking for its vehicles that can also be used as a firing range.<br />
If you think your strong point is fighting members of the rival gangs amongst tall buildings, then your place is in Avispa Rifa.

* Merit - 4 vehicles
* Huntley - 4 vehicles
* Buccaneer - 1 vehicle
* Maverick - 1 vehicle
