/surrender

This command can be used by players with wanted status (regardless of whether they have the right to surrender or not) to surrender. The command can only be used inside the jail. If there are no police officers on duty you will be able to surrender automatically, if there is at least one police officer on duty you will have to wait 5 minutes until they will automatically arrest you, if in the meantime an officer does not arrive to arrest you.
