What are licenses?

Licenses are authorizations that players who are part of a faction like School Instructors can give you in order to have access to certain things or to not receive possible server violations.

How many licenses are there?

There are 5 licenses you can get from a certain level that help you in certain situations: Flight, Navigation, Fisherman, Weapon Carrier and Materials.

What does each license help with?

• Flight License:
  • Helps you fly planes and helicopters.
  • If you do not have this license you cannot board an air vehicle as a driver.
  • You can get the license from level 1' and it is valid for 100 hours.
• Navigation License:
  • Helps you be able to drive boats.
  • If you do not have this license you cannot get on a boat as a driver.
  • You can get the license from level 1' and it is valid for 100 hours.
• Fishing License:
  • Helps you not get wanted for the Fisherman job.
  • If you don't have this license you will get wanted +1 for every fish you catch.
  • You can get the license from level 1' and it is valid for 100 hours.
• Arms License:
  • Helps you to be able to purchase weapons from weapon shops, enter different arenas or missions, etc.
  • If you do not have this license you will not be able to use weapons.
  • You can get the license from level 5' and it is valid for 100 hours.
  • The number of hours on this license is quite important because there are special stats for the player:

• Poor Stats: When you have 20 or less hours left.
• Gangster Stats: When you have 21 to 50 hours left.
• Killer Stats: When you have 51 or more hours left.

Statistics Classification:

- Poor stats:
-- You will not be able to shoot and move at the same time.
-- All two-handed weapons will become one-handed weapons.
-- Locking range, accuracy, rate of fire, rate of fire will be lowered and buffed.

- Gangster stats:
-- You will be able to shoot and move at the same time.
-- Your lock range, accuracy, rate of fire, rate of fire are improved.
-- Two-handed weapons are still one-handed weapons.

- Assassin stats:
-- Two-handed weapons will be able to be used simultaneously.
-- You will be able to shoot and move at the same time.
-- Locking range, accuracy, rate of fire, strafe speed will all be at the maximum capacity allowed by the game.

• Material License:
  • Helps prevent you from getting wanted from skill 3 on the Arms Dealer job and prevent department members from confiscating your materials.
  • If you do not have this license, you will receive wanted +1 to skill 3, respectively wanted +3 to skill 5, and those from the departments can confiscate all the materials you have on you at the time of the control.
  • You can get the license from level 1 and it is valid for 100 hours'.

Cum obțin licențele dorite?

• Folosind comanda /needlicense în joc pentru solicitarea unui instructor, urmat de susținerea unui test teoretic sau practic pentru licența dorită.
  

Notă: Jucătorii cu nivel 50+, liderii, helperii și adminii primesc direct licența dorită fără a mai fi nevoiți să susține vreun test.

Valabilitatea licentelor

• Numarul de ore la licențe scade cu 1 la fiecare PayDay pe care îl primiți, indiferent dacă stați pe sleep sau dacă sunteți online.
• Odată ce ajungeți sub numărul de 50 de ore, o să vă puteți reînoi licența prin susținerea din nou a testului pentru licența (în caz ca nu aveți nivel 50+, lider, helper sau admin).

Prețul licențelor

Prețul tuturor licențelor este stabilit în mod automat de către server în funcție de nivelul jucătorului după cum urmează.

Licența de Pilot:

• Nivel 1-9:
  • se plătește $450 la începutul lecției.
  • se plătește $450 la acceptarea licenței.
  • Aveți nevoie de $900 în total pentru licență.
• Nivel 10-49:
  • se plătește $900 la începutul lecției.
  • se plătește $900 la acceptarea licenței.
  • Aveți nevoie de $1,800 în total pentru licență.
• Nivel 50+: se plătește $3,600 la acceptarea licenței.

Licența de Navigație:

• Nivel 1-9:
  • se plătește $425 la începutul lecției.
  • se plătește $425 la acceptarea licenței.
  • Aveți nevoie de $850 în total pentru licență.
• Nivel 10-49:
  • se plătește $850 la începutul lecției.
  • se plătește $850 la acceptarea licenței.
  • Aveți nevoie de $1,700 în total pentru licență.
• Nivel 50+: se plătește $3,400 la acceptarea licenței.

Licența de Pescar:

• Nivel 1-9:
  • se plătește $125 la începutul lecției.
  • se plătește $125 la acceptarea licenței.
  • Aveți nevoie de $250 în total pentru licență.
• Nivel 10-49:
  • se plătește $250 la începutul lecției.
  • se plătește $250 la acceptarea licenței.
  • Aveți nevoie de $300 în total pentru licență.
• Nivel 50+: se plătește $1,000 la acceptarea licenței.

Licența de Port-Arma:

• Nivel 1-9:
  • se plătește $500 la începutul lecției.
  • se plătește $500 la acceptarea licenței.
  • Aveți nevoie de $1,000 în total pentru licență.
• Nivel 10-49:
  • se plătește $1.000 la începutul lecției.
  • se plătește $1,000 la acceptarea licenței.
  • Aveți nevoie de $2,000 în total pentru licență.
• Nivel 50+: se plătește $4,000 la acceptarea licenței.

Licența de Materiale:

• Nivel 1-9:
  • se plătește $400 la începutul lecției.
  • se plătește $400 la acceptarea licenței.
  • Aveți nevoie de $800 în total pentru licență.
• Nivel 10-49:
  • se plătește $800 la începutul lecției.
  • se plătește $800 la acceptarea licenței.
  • Aveți nevoie de $1,600 în total pentru licență.
• Nivel 50+: se plătește $3,200 la acceptarea licenței.
