PayDay

A Payday resembles its real-life counterpart. All connected players receive one at the same time, once every 60 minutes.


Characteristics

  • The payday is given out each hour on the hour (XX:00).
  • On each payday you get: that hour's paycheck (+bonus for premium account users), one respect point, one rob point, one escape point, minus one FactionPunish point, one accept point (for cops ranked 3+), one additional played hour.
  • Players who are premium account users get 25% more, and every 5 played hours, they additionally get: one respect point, one rob point, one escape point, minus one FactionPunish point and one accept point.
  • To be eligible for payday, you must have been online at least 30 minutes in that hour, and to increase your played hours count, you must not have been AFK in these 30 minutes.
  • Players on /sleep (AFK) get the payday as well, but do not financially benefit.
  • For standard players, the interest rate is 0.01%, but premium account users enjoy a rate of 0.03%. Note: Players who have at least $10.000.000 in their bank account or who own goods whose value is at least $5.000.000 do not gain interest.


Information displayed on Payday

  • Paycheck - the salary for the work that you have done in that hour.
  • Bonus - represents 25% of the paycheck. Exclusive to premium account users.
  • Tax - is set by the Mayor is ranges between $1 and $10.
  • Rent - if you had rented a room in another house, this amount of money will get deducted to cover expenses.
  • Balance - the amount of money previously available in your bank account.
  • Interest Rate - the rate used to calculate your new balanced, based on your old balance.
  • Interest Gained - it shows how much you have gained from interest and it is added to the old balance.
  • Business Profits - represents the profit your business have produced within this hour.
  • New Balance - the money available in your bank account after having added the paycheck, the bonus (if existent), the interested gained, the business profits and having deducted the rent fees and the tax.
