Reason for issuing a wanted level
Department members are part of well-structured organisations, so, to keep track of the crimes committed by a player, they issue wanted levels. The advantage of such a wanted level is that the police officer who issued it may leave the server and the criminal will still be displayed on the list of criminals.
Can anyone manage not to end up in jail?
If you were issued a wanted level and you're wondering whether you can manage not to end up in jail, then the answer is yes. The wanted level is represented by stars that are displayed in the upper part of the screen (on the right). Every 15 minutes spent in-game, a criminal has one star removed. If they get rid of all their stars, they are no longer considered a criminal.

With or without the right to surrender
- The right to surrender consists of being able to surrender to an officer, after which you'll be arrested and sent to jail.
- Not having the right to surrender means police officers may shoot at you with the intention to kill, after which you'll be sent to jail.
When a player is killed by a policeman, the server takes it as a wanted level without the right to surrender and calculates your jail time as for a crime without this right (which means a higher amount).
If a player is arrested, the server takes it as wanted level with the right to surrender and calculates a shorter jail time.
Time spent in jail
Depending on your wanted level and its kind (with or without the right to surrender), the jail time varies as follows:

Clear(ștergerea gradului de urmărire)
Această funcție se folosește de obicei atunci când cazierul unui jucător trebuie curățat din diverse motive. Pot exista destule motive pentru a elimina gradul de urmărire al unui jucător, precum:
- Ștergerea unui grad de urmărire căpătat în urma unui abuz din partea unui polițist.
- Curățarea cazierului unui infractor datorită acordării de wanted în mod greșit, însă urmând o nouă acordare de wanted în mod corect (reluare).
