NPC purchase licenses
- Near the entrance to the Training Room there is an NPC from whom level 5+ players can purchase their weapon license directly without having to take a test for it.
- This possibility is only available if they have already tried to request an instructor and within 5 minutes their request has not been accepted by any instructor on duty.
- The price of the license is considerably higher than if he got his license from an instructor.
