* HQ-ul de clan se poate obține începând cu '''nivelul 5 la clan'''.
* Într-un HQ pot intra doar membrii clanului care îl deţine.
* Membrii altor clanuri, fie ele aliate sau nu cu clanul deţinător de HQ, nu pot intra în HQ. 
* Pentru intrarea forţată (metodă disponibilă membrilor departamentelor şi Hitmen Agency), se poate folosi comanda /ram la intrarea fiecărui HQ. <br />

==Inactivitatea Clanului==
Odată ce un clan este considerat inactiv, acestuia îi este luat HQ-ul pentru a putea fi luat de către alt clan mai activ.<br />
Criteriile de eliberare a HQ-urilor sunt următoarele:
*vechimea clanului minim 1 lună de zile.
*sub 10 membri.
*XP acumulat pe parcursul unei luni sub 11,000.
Doar clanurile care îndeplinesc aceste condiții vor rămâne fără HQ de clan iar XP-ul lunar se resetează la începutul fiecărei luni.<br />
XP-ul lunar poate fi urmărit folosind comanda [/claninfo] în joc sau pe website pe pagina clanului. Rubrica de progress XP va fi vizibilă pe website doar pentru clanurile sub 10 membri, cu vechime minim 1 lună de zile și care dețin un HQ.
