Informative summary

Any player whose level is at least 3 can purchase a house.
Every house features an informative summary placed outside the entrance door. By consulting the summary, you will be able to find out the following characteristics of the house:

The ID of the house, situated on the first line ("House 442, where 442 is the house's ID")
The name of the house, located on the second line of the paragraph (House Name, where House Name is the name of the house set by the owner).
Whether the house is for sale ("This house is for sale") or not.
The name of the house's owner ("Owner: Nic.eXe, where Nic.eXe is the owner's name").
The required level to buy the house ("Level: 7, where 7 is the required level for purchase").
The price of the house, which is displayed only if the owner has had the house for sale ("Price: $800.700, where $800.700 is the house's price").
If the house's owner offered the possibility to rent a room. ("Rent: $100, where $100 is the amount of money you'll pay on each PayDay if you decided to rent the room").

Note: The rent price varies depending on the owner, from $0 to $1000.
